Amanda Wilsher joined EANE in June of 2016 as an HR Specialist with over 10 years of experience in diverse HR roles from small start-ups to mid-sized established companies. She brings to EANE a broad scope of capabilities including employee relations, coaching and development, benefits, payroll, and management … and a passion for training. Amanda stays abreast of employment law trends and best practices, providing a solid understanding of HR law and regulations with a focus on Connecticut employment law and practices.
Amanda is known for her ability to connect with business owners and operators, digging into a company’s workflow, processes and customers. She has served in key advisory roles to improve operating strategy and worked as a hands-on leader for businesses spanning defense, technology, manufacturing, human service and media. She has successfully developed and implemented operational and strategic practices that help companies improve their bottom line.
Amanda works as part of the EANE HOTLINE and training teams and she provides confidential consultation on the complex HR issues facing companies today.
She received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Concordia University in Irvine, California and is certified as both a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Human Resources Specialist. As a resident of Connecticut, Amanda is active in her local community providing resources and support to several organizations assisting underprivileged populations.
