Our programs are practical, participant-centered and interactive with a focus on measurable results.

We strive to meet the demands of organizations and the constantly evolving changes in the workplace. Some of our newest offerings focus on English as a second language, writing and grammar, improving negotiation outcomes, and emotional intelligence. Registration and billing information:

To register for a program, use our alphabetical class listing or search our site. Every company that registers three or more participants for the same program on the same date will receive a 10 percent discount on each registration. Follow the payment and checkout instructions noted in EANE's shopping cart. We have a 7-day cancellation policy.  If unavoidable circumstances require cancellation, the cost of the program can be credited or refunded if the cancellation is received no less than 7 days prior to the beginning of the program.  We bill registered participants who fail to attend the program and have not cancelled 7 days prior to the program start time. With the exception of those programs that use a feedback instrument, participant sustitutions may be made at any time. 

Companies seeking to order by credit card are required to set up an initial account profile on this site that includes credit card and billing information.  Credit card billing information keyed into this profile must be identical to the billing information on file with the credit card institution for credit card payment to be processed properly.
