This program provides executives, leaders and supervisors with a comprehensive overview of the legal, personal and practical issues that surround the subject of both sexual and discriminatory harassment and the importance of prevention efforts within the workplace.  Participants become versed in preventing, identifying, addressing and handling incidents of harassment or alleged harassment.  The program covers the legal and business implications of these allegations and examines the impact on morale and productivity.
