EANE is pleased to announce that Ben Eubanks, author of "Transparency in Compensation: Trends and Best Practices" will kick-off the conference. He will discuss the research which shows employees that understand company pay philosophy are more likely to be engaged employees. He will also present the PRESS Framework for Pay Transparency and the five key strategies to help improve relative transparency regardless of size, industry or geography.

Ben is the Principal Analyst at Lighthouse Research & Advisory. He has authored dozens of reports, eBooks, and other resources, maintains a blog that has touched the lives of more than one million business leaders since its inception, and hosts "We're Only Human," a podcast that examines the intersection of talent and technology in the workplace.
