Peter Brunault is part of the HR services team and known for his business-wise approach to regulatory and compliance challenges including harassment and discrimination. Peter handles HOTLINE calls and a variety of HR projects including audits, recruiting and investigations. As an attorney, he brings a focused perspective on legal liability to issues of respect in the workplace. Peter is certified as a trainer by the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and often leads EANE learning programs on mediation and conflict resolution.

Prior to practicing in private law for eight years, Peter worked in HR roles for the regional supermarket chain Big Y where he supported IT, facilities and distribution. He was part of the store opening advance-team during a major growth initiative that dramatically expanded the number of stores and employees.
Peter received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the American International College in Springfield, MA, and his law degree from the Western New England University School of Law. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resource Certification Institute.
Active in his community, Peter served as president of the Holyoke Rotary Club where he has been active for more than ten years. He is a member of the Beavers Club of Western Massachusetts, a philanthropic group of business people of French heritage who volunteer and raise funds in support of social service agencies. Peter formerly served on the boards of several non-profits including Providence Ministries for the Needy and Holyoke Visiting Nurses Association.
