This session will provide participants who attended previous sessions of the Principles of Leadership for Supervisors and Managers program a refresher on the content delivered during the series. They will have an opportunity to discuss, in a supportive environment, the challenges and successes they've had in implementing the new or updated skills and competencies they learned - along with some new interactive exercises and case studies amied at providing additional skill practice. Experience has shown that over time, we may sink back into habits formed before a training or learning experience if not given the chance to contexualize and practice what we've learned. This program will help ensure that participants parlay their classroom experience and learning back to the job.
