This one-day session focuses on helping you identify what's truly important and on getting you out of the weeds of frenetic, non-value added activities. This program will teach you strategies to help you organize your day and time more effectively.
As prework, you will have an opportunity to complete the Time Mastery Profile, a unique tool that assesses your personal skills in relationship to your job priorities.
Target Audience: Supervisors, managers, team leads, or project managers. Individual contributors are strongly encouraged to attend the 1/2 day Time Mastery program.
