Val Boudreau is known for her ability to understand talent, learning and people requirements and deliver strategic solutions that achieve business objectives. She is a strong leader with highly-valued collaboration, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Val establishes rapport and credibility with diverse groups at all levels.
Before joining EANE, Val was the owner of Leadership Heights, a strategic planning consulting business. She partnered with clients to provide professional development programs to improve organizational effectiveness including cultural change management, executive and leadership development, group process facilitation, and team development. Prior to that, Val spent over 25 years in the financial services industry serving in various learning and development and talent management leadership roles.
Val holds a bachelor’s degree from Westfield State University and a master’s degree in Training and Development from Lesley University. She is currently a board member of GFWC Wilbraham Junior Women’s Club, an organization dedicated to community improvement by enhancing the lives of others through volunteer service.
