Meredith Wise, President of the Employers Association for the Northeast (EANE), today announced the addition of three executives to the EANE Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2018, for three-year terms.
They are: Patricia Guenette, Director of Human Resources at Consolidated Health Plans in Springfield, MA; Jeffrey Lemos, Vice President of Human Resources for Navigant Credit Union in Smithfield, RI; and Sharon Regan, Director of Human Resources for Yarde Metals in Southington, CT.
Patricia Guenette has devoted herself to the field of human resources for the last twenty-six years and currently serves as the Director of Human Resources and Training for Consolidated Health Plans. Guenette’s experience extends to performance management, compensation and benefits, employment law compliance, and professional development. She is on the advisory board for Springfield College. A resident of Belchertown, MA, she holds a B.S. in Business Management from Lesley College.
Jeffrey Lemos began his career after graduating from Providence College with a B.S. in Business Management. He has worked for Navigant Credit Union since 2010 and became the Vice President of Human Resources in 2012. Prior to that, Lemos was employed by a leading regional business in the positions of compensation analyst, payroll manager and benefits specialist. Lemos is a member of the Human Resources Committee for the Pawtucket Boys and Girls Club. He has served on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer for the Pawtucket Youth Hockey Association, now the Greater Providence Youth Hockey Association where he remains active as a coach. He is a resident of East Providence.
EANE welcomes back Sharon Regan, who is the Director of Human Resources for Yarde Metals, Inc., a multi-state metals service center employing more than 600 associates in locations throughout the East Coast and Midwest. Regan served on EANE’s Board of Directors from 2009 – 2012 and held the office of Secretary in 2012 and 2013. She has a B.S. in Business Administration and Psychology from Sacred Heart University in CT, and has worked at Yarde’s headquarters for more than three decades. She is a resident of Bristol, CT.
